End of the Island: Pagudpud

We had a long local holiday weekend and it was a good chance to escape rainy Manila and catch a brief glimpse of sun at the beach (though the rain still followed).  Pagudpud is located at the far Northern tip of Luzon Island with the Luzon Straits to the north and the South China (or West Philippine) Sea to the west.

36 hours in Brunei

With a spare weekend, what better to do than check out Brunei for 36hrs.  A short amount of time, but still enough to see the princess at the gym, find the proboscis monkeys, and watch more Olympic archery than I ever though I would.

Singapore and Sec Kerry comes to Manila

It's been a while since I've gotten anything up, but last month I made a quick trip to Singapore which was followed by Sec. Kerry making an even shorter trip to Manila.
