After a quick week of work following the Siem Reap trip, I headed back over to the mainland, but this time to Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong delta to meet up with my roommate from college. We spent a couple days exploring the delta on various boats and bikes and the rest of the time eating our way through HCMC.
And then of course in Vietnam, it is all about the food.
