With Manila partially shut down for APEC events, it was a great time to head 9hrs to the north to see the UNESCO World Heritage Rice Terraces near Banaue. Then it was off to Sagada, also in the Cordillera region, to re-visit the hanging coffins before heading back to the city just in time for the Marine Corps Ball.
